These plants are not Taro plants as true Taro plants are straight across at the top. Elephant ears are indented at the
top in more of a V shape.

has stripped out and stolen all of the plants!! You can still see one small elephant ear plant in the foreground center by

Violent storms in this area constantly cause trees and big limbs to fall and break in this area.
It looks really ugly doesn't it!!
It costs more than 12000.00 plus shipping and installation for 1000ft of 10ft high chain link fence. Plus the cost of the
crew and machinery to clear out the fence line. But that is what it takes. To surround this property with a 10ft chain link
fence will cost between 50-75000.00 just for the fence and delivery.
I also need a mini-excavator to improve the drainage and that will cost about 25000 plus the cost of delivery and set-up.
Since the video at the top of the page was taken every last elephant ears plant that you see here plus another 28 or more
commercial grade banana plants were stripped out and stolen leaving the entire field stripped out and stolen except for the
water reeds shown here.
The banana trees were planted about 25-50feet apart. Banana trees may not produce fruit in this climate but are still
desirable for their giant leaf structure to cleanse the air and the root system for water filtration and recycling.
The last time that I saw the banana trees they had grown to 8-10ft.
After serious consideration I have determined that approximately 500,000 plants were lost in this area alone and remember
that as large as this area seems it is only a small part of the entire swamp property. That makes it more than 2.5 million
us dollars worth of plants that were stolen for only that year. That doesn't include all of the other years.
I was unable to take photos of the other areas before the plants were stolen and lost.
That makes the total value of the plants stolen from this property over the years to be about 27,500,000$

persons who just plain refused to stop stealing plants from this place!
I can't believe how stupid people can be sometimes when their life depends on recognizing a hazardous situation and knowing
when to leave well enough alon
Because of the health hazard created by the loss of these plants I am reminding Veterans to get your booster shots at
your local VA clinic. Ask the nurse about a shot called T-dap which is for tetanus diphtheria and pertussis which is whooping
cough. And don't forget to get your free flu shot.
They also have booster shots for pneumonia and shingles
This happened before Hurricane Harvey so I know that this was not caused by flood waters even though a huge flood swept
through the property during the storm.
Remember that this area is a prison district and I could rarely depend on the honesty of any of the people that I had
to depend on.
I might also add that it is a federal constitutional crime for any member or employee of the Government on any level or
category to demand services or merchandise with out fair and proper payment.

I just finished replanting this section making it more than 500 times I have replaced all of the plants
on this property after someone keeps stripping out all of the plants-this section is the worst-the toxic waste in the
air and the water make it a deathtrap.
When I first started this project in 1972 you could not see more than 1/8 inch beneath the water surface-it
really did look like a dirty liquid tar!!
Look at how clear it is now!!
I really did make a big difference for the better!! I stepped in to a ditch full of water because I couldn't
see the water. It was so clear that all I could see was the dirt at the bottom of the ditch! That is how clear that the water
is now!! This water is part of the public water supply for the area! This is what the local judge is willing to sacrifice

This property was condemned as unfit or unsuitable for human habitation in the early 1950s by the state of Texas and the US

My father was one of the signers of the original City Incorporation Charter when the City of Clute was founded in 1952. He
was also on the first City Council.
I heard a lot about this property over the years.
A judge told me that they don't agree with me about this project.
What they don't realize is that several thousand people,a large number of big city newspapers,the USGovernment, and several
branches of the military have already told me that I was doing the right thing,
and that I was right.
As well as numerous people that have told me outright that I saved their lives!
On another note at one time in the mid 1990s I spent several weeks cutting up fallen trees and big tree limbs that were blown
down by storms for firewood being given tips by a local real estate company. I had over 7000.00 worth of cut split and neatly
stacked firewood in a long pile next to my home outside of city limits. A local judge sent a group of dump trucks and a bucket
loader to pick up all of my firewood and they also managed to scrape up a 2200.00 soft drink machine with a bucket loader
that I was given at the shrimp docks because it was abandoned and I was reconditioning in accordance with an appliance course
that I was taking. The firewood would be worth twice as much on todays market as it would be well dried and cured. This is
only one example of the many thefts committed over the years against me involving projects that I was working on committed
by the city or the county.

Also contrary to popular belief this property is still not a dump!! Someone has been dumping appliances refrigerators washing
machines stoves old tires and a lot of trash. This is in violation of Texas Water Rights!!
The last time I camped out on the peninsula that runs through the middle of the property I woke up in the middle of the night
and looked out the tent screen door when I found myself looking straight into the eyes of a full grown tiger not more than
3 feet away!!!! He slunk away a minute later!!
I have good reason to believe that there are many more big cats in this area that no one has ever seen. I have worked
with plants in this area since 1960 and I am sure that they have come to know and accept me over the years. The smell was
horrible and I think that they appreciate what I have done for them.
And no I am not talking about little house cats as a joke, I am talking about really big cats!!
But it appears that a group of paid professional liars, extortionists, and professional con artists are trying their best
to make it appear that I am not telling the truth even though I am telling the truth!!

I have been plowing and taking care of vegetable gardens since I was 5 years old!! My grandparents called me over to their
house one day and put a 3.5hp sears rototiller in my hands and told me that if I wanted to eat I would have to get out and
till a large vegetable garden behind their house. Since then I expanded to include two more very large vegetable gardens and
had to till two of them every day after school and every saturday morning for many years. I was also responsible for lawn
mowing on a large yard lawn area. I broke ground for the third garden after I came back from the service in 1972. I had the
largest collard and mustard greens patch in the county. The air around our house was pretty much always fresh and clean unless
the wind blew from the direction of the swamp a mile away. People who were not from this area at that time in the past in
the early 1960s have no idea about how horrible it was!! Since that time I have taken over the management and caretaking
of this swamp property and was later given homestead rights to the swamp area by Governor Anne Richards before she passed
away September 13, 2006. (I believe that the homestead transaction occured in the mid to late 1990s but I am not sure due
to so many problems at that time) I have always taken my responsibilites regarding the caretaking and management of this property
very seriously!! Before I started taking care of this swamp area it was a human biological deathtrap!! The air would quite
literally eat holes in your lungs and was filled with all sorts of infectious material spreading many airborne viruses and
bacteria as well as numerous varieties of toxic waste gases and city traffic pollution. I was generally very ill all the time.
During the years that there is a lot of rain-I have seen this property under 8-10 feet of flood water. (It is part of the
city and county drainage system as the exit point.) I have planted many thousands of elephant ears tropical plants-giant water
reeds that someone told me were Japanese Irises-although I am not sure that is what they are-and many hundreds of different
color cannas. These plants have not only successfully filtered the air to the point that I can say that I can actually breath
the air for the first time in my entire life-but have also helped to filter the water from a dirty liquid tar appearance to
the point that where the water flows from the property it is now absolutely crystal clear!! I have seen these plants growing
underwater in over 6 ft of water!! I am proud of what I have accomplished over the past 40 years!! I never received any type
of support from the local community or from the state!! I did all of the work entirely by myself!! All of the dirty water
that flows from the ditches exiting from the city of Clute and the old city of Lake Barbara is the dirtiest of water that
actually violates the State Water Rights Act regarding water quality and the flow of water from one property to the next!!
I have supplied the city with a water filtration system that will last for centuries if it is left alone!! But the big problem
is that a group of unknown persons wait for me to leave the property to go home for the evening and then rush out and steal
as many plants as they can carry away!! I know that it is not animals doing this as I can read animal tracks!! I estimate
that over the years that over 25 million dollars worth of vital to life plant life has been stolen and removed from this property
and not one person was ever arrested and no money was ever paid to me in all these years for any of the plants that were removed
from this property!! This is a class a felony theft in addition to other criminal violations for water rights and the National
Clean Air Act!!

water reeds.They thrive in cold weather when other plants are turned brown from freezing cold temperatures. They are also
excellent water and air recyclers and filters that thrive in swamp areas all year round.

This definition of the word Sociopath pretty much describes the attitudes of the Magistrates-Judges-and Attorneys that I have
had to deal with in the past concerning these and other cases-
Psychopathy (/sakpi/) (or sociopathy /sosipæi/) is traditionally defined as a personality disorder characterized by enduring
antisocial behavior, diminished empathy and remorse, and disinhibited or bold behavior. It may also be defined as a continuous
aspect of personality, representing scores on different personality dimensions found throughout the population in varying
combinations. The definition of psychopathy has varied significantly throughout the history of the concept; different definitions
continue to be used that are only partly overlapping and sometimes appear contradictory.[1]----Antisocial Personality Disorder
is also known as psychopathy or sociopathy. Individuals with this disorder have little regard for the feeling and welfare
of others.
As a clinical diagnosis it is usually limited to those over age 18. It can be diagnosed in younger people if the they
commit isolated antisocial acts and do not show signs of another mental disorder.
Antisocial Personality Disorder is chronic, beginning in adolescence and continuing throughout adulthood. There are ten
general symptoms:
not learning from experience
no sense of responsibility
inability to form meaningful relationships
inability to control impulses
lack of moral sense
chronically antisocial behavior
no change in behavior after punishment
emotional immaturity

People with this disorder may exhibit criminal behavior. They may not work. If they do work, they are frequently absent
or may quit suddenly.
They do not consider other people's wishes, welfare or

High risk sexual behavior and substance abuse are common. Impulsiveness,failure to plan ahead, aggressiveness, irritability,
irresponsibility,and a reckless disregard for their own safety and the safety of others are traits of the antisocial personality.
Socioeconomic status, gender, and genetic factors play a role.
Males are more likely to be antisocial than females. Those from lower socioeconomic groups are more susceptible.
A family history of the disorder puts one at higher risk.
There are many theories about the cause of Antisocial Personality Disorder including experiencing neglectful parenting
as a child, low levels of certain neurotransmitters in the brain, and belief that antisocial behavior is justified because
of difficult circumstances
Psychotherapy, group therapy, and family therapy are common treatments.
The effects of medical treatment are inconclusive.
Unfortunately, most people with Antisocial Personality Disorder reject treatment. Therefore, recovery rates are low.

This is another section of my swamp garden-the drained out lake bed swamp covers over 100 acres-(I think
that is right as it is very hard to get an exact survey measurement of the property due to the conditions that exist)-I have
done all of the work on this project entirely by myself entirely without help or support from the community or the state.
